We strictly adhere to the requirements of the data protection legislation in the UK. The purpose of this statement is to explain to you what personal information this site collect and how we may use it.

Terms and Conditions

Half a terms notice is required if a student wishes to stop a class or leave the school completely. If notice is not given, parents will be liable to half a terms fees.

In the event of illness or unavoidable absence, refunds unfortunately can not be given. Fees are due within the first two weeks of each term. Newsletters are handed out at the end of each term. Students are expected to attend their lessons punctually and regularly and to wear the correct school uniform and have hair neat, tidy and off the face.

If classes have to be cancelled due to servere weather or staff illness we will do out best to contact parents as quickly as possible - by email, telephone or facebook. Normally an extra class will be added to make up for cancelled classes or parents will recieve a refund.

When you make an enquiry you are asked for your name and contact details.Your personal information is used to answer your enquiry. You will only be contacted with your consent. Your personal information will never be sold, rented or exchanged with any third party for commercial reasons. Anna Rose Dance follows strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given me, to prevent unauthorised access in accordance with the UK data protection legislation. We do not collect sensitive information about you except when you specifically knowingly provide it. In order to maintain the accuracy of the database, you can check, update or remove your personal details by sending an e-mail request to info@annarosedance.co.uk.
